FEATURED ON COVER.DK
Before Copenhagen Fashionweek, The Danish Magazine "COVER" featured the new design graduates (the specific "Ones to watch") from Designschool Kolding and The royal academy of Copenhagen.
I was chosen as one of the Designers to interview and focus on.
DANSK MAGAZINE - THE 5 FAVORITES.
DANSK Magazine was covering our graduation show at Børsen. I was included as one of their 5 favourites.
"An integral part of any fashion should undoubtedly be a magnificent showcase of emerging designers, fresh from fashion school and with nothing but evolutionary ideas to present. Where else would be be getting our new inspiration from? Last week, the three Danish design schools (Royal Academy, Designskolen Kolding, and VIA) invited press and fashion business insiders to promote their freshest batch of graduates. It was a whirlwind of creativity that broke and re-connected with tradition, expanded our notion of the wearable, and dived deep into highly complex craftsmanship. Supported by the Lifestyle and Design Cluster, and in collaboration with Wear and Danish Fashion and Textiles, itfrom a high professionalism that these young practices served to be presented through. We asked our favorite five about their hopes for the future."
LESS MAGAZINE vol. 07
Less Magazine published their 7th issue during CPH FW 2016. They had handpicked graduates that worked with sustainable concepts.
"Students hold the key to the way we will perceive fashion and clothing in the years to come. We have chosen 4 of the most intriguing designers who graduated with a Master’s degree from the design schools of denmark, Kolding & Copenhagen this year. They all work within the slow or sustaimable frame"
KOLDING DESIGN SCHOOL CATALOGUE
Our catalogue featuring all the graduating designers was published on the 16th of june in Jyllandsposten. 90.000 copies, and my work was on the front page representing the graduates of 2016.
MA PROJECT DESIGN SCHOOL KOLDING
I was featured on the school's website about my MA project. The focus was how there are alternative ways to look at sustainability. My example was the use of duck down, and how that is in fact a bi-product from the food industry.
